Our Strategic Pillars
1.
Growing more with less.
We use regenerative practices like no-till farming, residue management, efficient irrigation, and soil enrichment to increase productivity while reducing our environmental footprint. Efficient irrigation and no-till farming have been rolled out across key regions. The 2024 edition of our sustainability report introduces a dedicated chapter on soil health under our regenerative agriculture focus
2.
Treating People Fairly
We are building a workplace where everyone feels safe, included, and empowered to grow. From mentoring young talent to supporting local communities and nurturing future leaders, we believe real progress means uplifting people while caring for the planet.
3.
Sustainable Value Chain
We extend sustainability beyond our farms through ethical sourcing, responsible logistics, and strong partnerships.
- First end-to-end logistics emissions mapping launched
- Updated Global Vendor Code of Conduct with ESG principles
While actively working to achieve our 2030 targets we are evaluating our material topics and, in 2025, we will further develop smart KPIs to measure our impact and our progress, while also adhering to new global frameworks and metrics applied in the food chain.
“Grounded in our SEED values - Sustainable, Engaged, Empowered, and Determined - we continue to turn ambition into action. With clear accountability and a shared purpose, we are shaping a future-ready agribusiness that thrives sustainably.”
