Our Strategic Pillars
1.
Growing more with less.
We are scaling regenerative and reduced-disturbance farming practices to increase productivity while reducing environmental impact. This includes expanding no‑till and reduced tillage, improving irrigation efficiency through precision scheduling, and strengthening soil health interventions across our operations. In 2025, these practices continued to deliver measurable gains in water productivity and resilience under diverse and often water‑stressed conditions.
2.
Treating People Fairly
We are building a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace where our people can thrive. In 2025, we strengthened our approach through a new Inclusion & Engagement framework and our first Global Employee Engagement Survey, helping translate employee insights into targeted actions across leadership, wellbeing, and development. At the same time, we enhanced health and safety systems and training to support a proactive, prevention‑focused culture across all operations.
3.
Sustainable Value Chain
We are extending sustainability beyond our operations by embedding responsible practices across our supply chain and logistics network. In 2025, we completed a comprehensive ESG risk mapping exercise and selected Sedex as our supplier assessment platform, establishing a scalable framework for responsible sourcing. We also advanced lower‑emission logistics solutions, including expanded use of biofuel shipping and modal shifts to reduce transport impacts.
“At Al Dahra, sustainability is central to long-term value creation in a world facing growing pressure on food systems, climate, and natural resources. In 2025, we progressed from building foundations to delivering at scale – advancing resilient farming systems, strengthening governance and data capabilities, and driving measurable action to reduce risk and emissions across our operations and value chain. We are encouraged by our progress, and we remain focused on the work ahead.”
