Abu Dhabi, 10 August 2026 – Al Dahra Group today announces a series of leadership changes at the headquarters of Al Dahra Holding Limited, its principal operating holding company. The Board of Directors has determined that, as part of a strategic restructuring of the Group’s headquarters, the Chief Executive Officer and certain other senior executive positions will be transitioning, with effect from today.
This decision reflects Al Dahra’s steadfast commitment to remaining at the forefront of a rapidly evolving global agribusiness landscape. The pace of transformation across agribusiness, commodity trading, supply chain technology, and operational excellence continues to accelerate, requiring organisations of Al Dahra’s scale and ambition to evolve proactively. The Board of Directors has determined that this is the right moment to strengthen the Group’s leadership architecture to meet those demands and to position Al Dahra for continued growth across its global platform.
The Board of Directors wishes to express its deep gratitude and sincere appreciation to Arnoud Van Den Berg, exiting Chief Executive Officer, and the other senior executives for their significant contributions to Al Dahra. Their dedication and efforts have been instrumental in building the organisation that Al Dahra is today, and the Board wishes them every success in their future endeavours.
To ensure seamless leadership continuity during this transition, the Board of Directors has appointed experienced interim successors to each of the affected positions of Al Dahra Holding Limited, with immediate effect, including Osman Serageldin, as interim Chief Executive Officer.
Each interim appointment is for an initial period of six (6) months, during which time the Board will conduct a thorough process to identify and appoint permanent successors to each position.
Al Dahra wishes to be unequivocal with its clients, partners, suppliers, and all other stakeholders: this leadership transition does not affect the Group’s operations, its supply commitments, or any of its existing partnerships and commercial arrangements. Al Dahra’s farms, production facilities, trading operations, logistics infrastructure, and supply chain functions across more than 40 markets continue to operate without interruption. Every commitment Al Dahra has made to its clients and partners stands in full.
Al Dahra’s operational scale, global infrastructure, financial position, and the strength of its people remain entirely unchanged. The Group remains fully focused on delivering the quality, reliability, and long-term partnership that its clients and partners across the world have come to expect.
Further updates regarding permanent leadership appointments and the Group’s strategic direction will be communicated in due course.
